Sending a Quote

Follow these steps each time a quote is ready to submit to a customer. You can find your quote sheet on the Home Page. 

Step 1

Add Client's information to your sheet. This includes their name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state, and zip code. The client name must always be typed in ALL CAPS!

Step 2

Add the necessary information for each Flowstop being quoted. This includes SKUs, Quantity, Label, Notes, Width, Height, and Depth. The Label must always be in ALL CAPS, and the quantity should always be 1 unless it relates to accessories. 

Step 3

Verify that all specs are correct for each Flowstop being quoted. If any cell is highlighted RED, it means there is an incompatibility. Please refer back to the Specs sheet and adjust the Flowstop to a compatible size. Any quote that has incompatible sizes will not be submitted!

Step 4

Send an email to Vincent  (vincent@flowstopfloodbarrier.com) that a quote is ready to be reviewed and sent. If multiple quotes are being sent at once, only one email is necessary. The deadline for a quote to be sent is 2pm EST! Any quotes submitted after this time will be sent the following business day.
