FAQs
What if air is leaking from the valve?
Here is a tutorial video demonstrating the process: https://youtu.be/llhD-n8UulA
You need to hold the back of the valve (from the back of the flowstop) while it is deflated to prevent the entire assembly from spinning. Then, use the wrench to turn the front of the valve clockwise to tighten it.
Please note: Unlike what the video shows, you do not need to fully unscrew the valve before tightening it; simply tighten it right away.
Why is the hand pump's needle not moving?
Please continue pumping until you see the needle on the gauge begin to move and reach 15 PSI. If you are unsure if the needle is working, you can test the pump by blocking the air from coming out with the palm of your hand and pumping; the PSI should increase rapidly, causing the needle to move.
What are the Black Markers for?
The black markers with the arrows indicate where to position the Flowstop before fully inflating. The marker should be touching the ground before you inflate the device to 15 PSI. It is normal for them to lift once fully inflated.
How long will it take for my customer's order to be delivered?

Where are the FlowStops made?
Flowstops are produced in the USA and France.
Do I need a permit?
No, you do not need a permit for Flowstop. However, some areas require a permit to drill holes into the house or pavement. For Flowstops that require straps, it is may be needed to get a permit to drill the holes for the anchors.
Will ordering Flowstop reduce my insurance rates?
As of now, there is no provision that will reduce a home owner's insurance with the purchase of Flowstop.
How do Discounts Work?
When a discount is offered, there is a 50/50 split between the sales rep and Flowstop. For example, a 10% discount would incur a 5% deduction from the rep's commission. As a result, the sales rep commission will become 15%.
IMPORTANT: When Flowstop runs a promotion, it is up to the sales rep whether or not they wish to offer it to their customer.
