Locate the process for your order issue
FlowStop Arrives Damaged, Non-Functional or in the Wrong Size
1. Send an email immediately to support@flowstopfloodbarrier.com.
2. Format the email in the following manner:
Email Subject:
CDE # - Invoice # - Client Name
For each Flowstop:
Flowstop Label
Problem Described
Photo or Video Evidence
Fix or Replace?
Need to be Expedited?
1 Email should be made for each client.
An email can have multiple order issues.

Note: Orders only need to be expedited during hurricane season and if there is a fear of immediate flooding.
Order Adjustments
Note: Adjustments can only be made before a FlowStop is manufactured. The timeframe for any changes would be within 1 week of payment. If more than a week has passed, please still request an adjustment. We can see if it is still possible.
1. Send an email immediately to support@flowstopfloodbarrier.com
2. Format the email in the following format
Email Subject:
CDE # - Invoice # - Client Name
For each Flowstop:
Flowstop Label
Adjustment needed:
If the size is adjusted, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the price change.
